Popkov win Individual Pursuit for Ukraine.
Colombiano Juan Esteban Arango silver medal.
 Vitaliy Popkov, from Ukraine, win 4000 m Individual pursuit, beat in final to colombian Juan Esteban Arango, who won silver medal. Third place was lithuanian Gediminas Bagdonas, who beat to Valery Kaikov in a exciting final. Popkov live a good duel with Arango, and overcome a little difference that Arango had after 2 kilometer. Popkov finish off best and win gold medal.
Arango won silver medal, and beat colombian record, with 4.24.276, and he demostrate that he´s a great hope for colombian track cycling future.
