UCI designates technical authorities to World Cup Cali 2009.

UCI, principal body of world cycling, designates the authorities to third stage of Track World Cup, in Cali, between december 10 and 12: They are:

Mr. Jose Manuel Pelaez, president of Cycling Panamerican Confederation, will be UCI representative.

Mr. Andrew Taus, (USA) and Mrs. Louise Lalonde (CANADA), will be Antidoping Inspectors.

Hervé Brocque (FRANCE), Commissaires Panel Member.
